FODMAP: Lactose
So with my experiment with low FODMAP diet, I’ve added back Lactose. I had a full glass of milk and no ill effects. Kinda nice to know I’m not quite so limited.

Game: Covet
This was a pretty big accomplishment for me. There was a Geisha theme contest in Covet Fashion (one of the iOS games I play) and I was voted 5 stars for the look.
