Gym. Again. Today. Made it the entire 15 minutes on the elliptical. I am still on level 1, but I notice it is getting easier. I’ve discovered that Cow & Coffee in JC has free wi-fi and is the hangout of several gamers. There’s a table going right now. Not really sure what they’re playing…

I have been editing the sound clip for the beginning of the nursing studio podcast all night. I’ve got the sound of the defib charging (Took my iPod and iTalk to work and recorded the test shock around 3 am with everyone sleeping), but the “thump” sound of the shock didn’t record, it’s fairly soft…

I’m working on the Show Notes for the Nursing Studio Podcast I’m piecing together. Hopefully it will be ready to record in a day or two.
