Airtable Bases

These are developed for a large chapter. It utilizes the Airtable service. While Airtable has a free plan, you need to pay for a plan to use synchronization and automated emails. You pay per log-in account with access to the bases, so many chapters utilize a shared account all under the same Workspace. The Team account runs $24/month/user (as of 7/8/2024). These are all functions that will run in the same Workspace for that fee. You can pick and choose your desired portions.

Tip: Use a computer or iPad in the browser. Features in the Apps lag very far behind the web version.

How to copy the App base to your account.

Administration Team App this one is required for all but the Payment Request Voucher App.

  • Print to PDF a PRV with the receipt included. Ready to upload to BillHighway.
