Okay, Jason & O. are my new heros. Why? I couldn’t get the modem and the wireless router at Carol’s to connect to the internet. We had a tech guy out to give us a new modem. It worked. He said the router was bad. So I go out and purchase a new wireless router. $76 for a Wireless 802.11g router at Best Buy. Connect it and follow the instructions and it doesn’t work. Spend 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Linksys’s tech support. Thier technician actually gets me halfway there to give them credit. Then tells me I need to talk to BellSouth. That’s where I talked to Jason & O. 1st I talked to Jason who got me through the “let’s check the basics” portion of every tech support call. He was extremely patient (I’m not always patient after 2 hours on the phone with tech support and suddenly talking to a new tech person who doesn’t know what’s going on and does not yet know that I do speak tech). O. was the Product Specialist for the Linksys routers. He helped me reconfigure the modem and iron out a small problem left with the router. It works!!!!! I’m back to my wireless connectivity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
