I probably got the best present anyone in my family can come up with. I got a $15 gift card to Wal-mart. My cousin’s wife is not very imaginative. Plus she don’t know me that well. The price range was $15-$20 and all I got was $15.
My cousin, Jason, was not there. He’s still in Jacksonville, NC. He’s stationed there will the Marines. He got leave for Thanksgiving, but could not get it for Christmas. I talked to him on the phone for a while. We’ve gotten suprizingly closer as we’ve got older. I think most of it was I really just listened to him.

At Thanksgiving, I discovered that Joey has a little plastic droolable photo album. He has photos of my mother, my father, my brother (his dad), and my sister-in-law (his mom) and a blank page, but no photos of me. Mom was saying that she didn’t have any photos of me which was bull c#@$. She’s got plenty stuffed in a box. She now has a photo that is laminated for the book, but we’ve got to take it to Joey’s house.
