Well I am feeling better about work. The last 2 nights I have been pulled. But it was not a med-surg floor. *does happy dance* It was CVICU. I do not mind as much working in another ICU. One of their employees just had surgery and can not pull and lift alot. So I helped her a lot. And I helped someone who had 3 ICU patients. That can be rough. Tonight they are better staffed. But they still wanted me. I am strongly considering not working for Baptist ICU when I got out of school. I would consider CVICU, but I am so not happy with ICU right now that I do not want to work there when I get out.
